Please try Log in with DM option - enter your npub, get a direct message with a code in Amethyst, enter the code back to the site.

How can I chose that DM login option with an npub?

Sorry, but I just found three options:

- Log in (where it seems it just accept NIP-05 aliases, and not npubs).

- Advanced login - Sign in with Bunker URL (not accepting npubs either)

- Advanced login - Sign in to read only (it does accepts npub, but just for read only)

You only have Login with DM option on npub.pro during website creation, it's not available anywhere else, not on websites that are created.
