It spooges all over my fridge and it's annoying to clean up so it has its own little section that gets crowded by nothing.
Reminds me to feed mine. It's a really wimpy rye-sourdough, tho. Nothing that spectacular.
I mostly just feed mine whatever bread flour I have on deck because that's usually what I have the most of. Ive been wanting to break off some of the starter and start feeding it rye and see how that changes it.
I wonder how the flavor differs from a "normal flour" sourdough.
It's more sour and the rise is minimal.
