As usual, I'm not really understanding what the fuck are these follower packages for? But doesn't everyone have the head to decide who to follow and who doesn't? Do I need preset packages? Or am I not understanding the meaning? 🤔

I think it's mainly because nostr doesn't have a suggestion list for new followers, because there's no algorithm that suggests new users by center of interest or other...
these follower groups can be useful, here on nostr it's better to follow a large number of people, then filter yourself who you prefer to unfollow or keep.
