Because by sending the separated coinjoined UTXOs together you’ll undo some of your anonymity. Potentially all of the anonymity. Sending every UTXO by itself will be expensive, sending together shows common ownership
Well I’m planning on moving at utxo level keeping those in taproot also in a new taproot address
