INGREDIENTS:

- lemon zest

- 1 lemon juice

- 3 cloves

- 1 cinnamon stick

WAY OF DOING:

Cut the watermelon rind, add the lemon zest and juice, sugar and cover the pan. Let it rest for 20 minutes and cook until done. Beat the peels and return to the pan, add cloves, cinnamon sticks and leave on heat for 3 minutes.
