Fruit Salad “Cake”

INGREDIENTS:

{Pancakes}

- 2 eggs

- 3 c. sugar soup

- Pinch of salt

- 180g wheat flour

- 20g cocoa powder

- 300ml of milk

{condensed milk cream}

- 2 Tbsp Oil

- 2 packages of colorless and flavorless gelatin

- 5 drops of vanilla essence

- 2 tbsp of cream

- 2 tbsp of condensed milk

- 1/2 can of chopped canned peaches

- 1 bunch of seedless grapes

- 1 tbsp of strawberries

{Ganache}

- 180g of milk chocolate

- 1/2 cup of cream

WAY OF DOING:

In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, salt and beat, add milk little by little, always stirring. Add the sifted flour, cocoa and vanilla essence. In a heated frying pan, add the butter and a little of the dough, let it cook. Repeat the process with the entire dough.

In a blender, place the cream, condensed milk, vanilla essence and hydrated colorless gelatin, blend.

In a pan covered with plastic wrap, place a pancake on the bottom. Place a pancake in a glass or bowl and fill the bundle with fruit, repeat the process and place the bundles in the pan.

Add the cream to the fruits and pancakes, cover with a pancake disc, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours until it hardens.

Unmold the cake and decorate with chocolate ganache. Serve!

Homemade ice cream

INGREDIENTS:

- 500ml of whole milk

- 1 tbsp of condensed milk

- 1 tbsp of cream

- 1 packet of powdered juice

- 1 col. of emulsifier tea

WAY OF DOING:

In a blender, place the condensed milk, cream, milk and the powdered juice packet. Beat until homogenized.

Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 5 hours. As soon as the edges begin to crystallize, remove from the freezer and transfer to a mixer and add the emulsifier. Beat until doubled in size.

Place in the freezer until firm and serve!

INGREDIENTS:

WAY OF DOING:

Cut the loin into slices, season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, lemon juice, rosemary, spread the seasoning well over the pieces and let rest for 30 minutes.

Cut the pineapple in half, remove the core and slice. Take a sirloin steak, a slice of pineapple and fill the space in the fruit. Spread olive oil over the top, rosemary and lemon zest. Place in the preheated oven at 200°C for 1 hour and serve!

- 3 oranges

- 1 c. of yeast soup

- 1 and 1/2 cup. of sugar

WAY OF DOING:

Cut the orange peel into cubes and set aside. Place the baking powder in the boiling water, add the orange peels and let it boil for 3 minutes. Sift and wash the peels.

In a pan, mix the sugar, water and orange peels. Stir until done and transfer to a mold to separate the skins. Finish with sugar and serve
