A buddy of mine started working from home at a new job and is doing training classes on a computer provided by the company.
He was taking an online training test and was “called” into a one-on-one call where he was told he was fired.
His remote work computer locked instantly and his password no longer worked.
He asked the person on the phone what the issue was because he passed the training test, he was told they’d look into it.
A moment later, his computer was unlocked and he was told to finish the day and that everything was fine, it was just a mistake.
