One of my favorite ways to prevent doom scrolling is to have my phone on black & white filters.
It also helps to spend time on primal instead of other socials. It’s the high signal that keeps me on primal, not manipulative algos like X or IG.
Not having an X account helps me. I do have IG but rarely ever use it as I hate it so it's easy to not doom scroll 👍
