2. 1M is the current golden rule but who knows

3. I prefer to just open my own unnanounced channels to big well connected nodes like ACINQ and Olympus and then get inbound liquidity by spending (e.g. selling on robosats) or looping-out using loopd from Lightning Labs.

4. Defaults are good

Have you recouped your initial channel opening fees? A sat saved is a sat earned.

I have no idea 😂. When you use LN you probably make more micro transactions that you wouldn't otherwise
