Kinda how I feel. The new administration came in and hit the ground running.

The only reservation I have is that so much of this is done by executive fiat. Which, I suppose, is to be expected—we have a permanent lame duck Congress—but it means much of the work can be easily undone by the next President.

Dismantling the bureaucratic state will be far more lasting, if it succeeds. You can't rebuild a workforce overnight by executive order.
