Let's say for a moment that Nostr consumes all social communication in the future. Do you think that governments would spin up their own clients and/or relays?
The question is, who would use them?

maybe you and i won't, but im guessing we can each name several dozen people in our lives that would.
I can see institutions going for it. Maybe even been forced to do so, for content moderation and public safety, of course.
Individuals, not so sure.
