Are we cool with Stephen King publishing the Bitcoin Standard and J.K. Rowling publishing Broken Money with zero attribution or compensation to Ammous and Alden?
Maybe those authors make the work more accessible to the masses and are simply better writers.

What does that mean?
Information in your possession doesn’t inhibit the usage of the same information in my possession, unlike physical goods. Maybe Bitcoin is an exception, although it’s been a minute since I looked at IP. Stephan Kinsella is the master on that.
