You are wrong... In 1937 Rogers Smith went to ottawa to find the BNA act and could not find a single copy or original. As I said above Canada does not have a constitution. It has a Constitution Act. Which is not a constitution.

Just because it has the word Constitution in it does not make it so. PET only brought home a document signed by a monarch as a sovereign. The provinces never ratified and it is dead in the water till we have a constitutional convention.

Have you read "Ho Canada" Have you considered Rogers Smith's claims? If you are infact a retired lawyer I advise you to look at the claims and rebut them instead of just colouring it with the bullshit crayon.

Words matter and if Canada is in fact a "Constitutional Monarchy". Then the ownes is on you to prove up the claim! I have yet to see any evidence that would persuade any foreign judge.
