You are wrong... In 1937 Rogers Smith went to ottawa to find the BNA act and could not find a single copy or original. As I said above Canada does not have a constitution. It has a Constitution Act. Which is not a constitution.

Just because it has the word Constitution in it does not make it so. PET only brought home a document signed by a monarch as a sovereign. The provinces never ratified and it is dead in the water till we have a constitutional convention.
