Canada is a constitutional monarchy sadly. I wish PET had brought home the Constitution without the royals attached but we have a LOT of Royalists living in the most populated areas of Canada, Ontario and BC.....

You are wrong... In 1937 Rogers Smith went to ottawa to find the BNA act and could not find a single copy or original. As I said above Canada does not have a constitution. It has a Constitution Act. Which is not a constitution.
Just because it has the word Constitution in it does not make it so. PET only brought home a document signed by a monarch as a sovereign. The provinces never ratified and it is dead in the water till we have a constitutional convention.
