' #Samourai has sent shockwaves through the Bitcoin community by revealing a new feature for BTC to XMR atomic swaps that solves “doxxic” change.

Doxxic change refers to tainted unspent transaction outputs (UTXOs) left over from #Whirlpool CoinJoins.

This could be a quantum leap forward for on-chain privacy in #Bitcoin.'

But one doesn’t have to swap to xmr.

One can simply leave his doxxic change utxo in the deposit side of the wallet as spendable and use those utxo for an incoming stowaway txns. Since stowaway confuses the common input ownership heuristic, aka a tx that looks like a simple spend & change, it's assumed that both inputs belong to the same person. To which stowaway undermines that ;)

So I’m not sure where is the shockwave coming from but that’s a fact.
