There's also Kapsalon which you can only seem to get in Rotterdam, Turkish-related too
Kapsalon means hairdresser. It's said to be what this guy always asked for in a takeaway place in Rotterdam to be made up for him. It became a bit of a signature dish and spread. It's the perfect takeaway after getting pissed up.
