Oh yeah, Padron are some of the most consistent cigars we've found. The cheaper thousand series ones all the way through the anniversary series ๐ค. Glad you enjoyed it!

I'm a sucker for the chocolate notes in cigars and the sweeter options.
If you can find them, try the Rojas Bluebonnet in the Marevas size. They're all Corojo from Ecuador and Nicaragua. The first time we tried them I w as sure they had some kind of flavor added. I've never had anything like it. It's just massively sweet with undertones of baking spice. The larger vitolas dilute the wrapper flavor, so that's why I suggest the little guy over the Robusto, Toro, etc.
If you want to try another Padron that stands out, the Family Reserve No. 45 is a flavor bomb. They come out of the gate with pepper, then fade to spice, then bitter chocolate, and something approaching cherry in the background.
