When I do nap during the day, I always - ALWAYS - sleep significantly harder and deeper than so do at night. It’s amazing sleep.

I’m a sunlight maximalist and my circadian rhythm is optimal. Are there legitimately people who just naturally sleep harder/better during the daytime, due to internal biological reasons?

I’d kill to sleep like this during the night (I sleep fine at night, but not this deeply. Not even close).
