The easiest thing you can do is not eat for 3 days. That's the sweet spot

I’ve done both. And will again, but I find I only do a real fast quarterly. This I do every 3 weeks. I’ve never been happier with my body composition. It works for me. 🤝

Nice!! I try to fast for 24 hrs maybe 36hr every week as a way to introduce calorie deficit for that week hehe

I kinda find it easier to not have to eat rather than eating small portions
