While #Paleo and #Carnivore diets seem to be relatively well-known in the Bitcoiner world, I thought several of the others I'd mentioned would be less popular and may deserve a quick post to help others learn about them.
The Perfect Health Diet was developed by a husband-wife duo (Paul & Shou-Ching Jaminet), both scientists, who had health issues and delved into modern medical research to help devise a diet plan that would bring about optimal health.
As the Jaminets explain, "By weight, the diet works out to about 3/4 plant foods, 1/4 animal foods. By calories, it works out to about 600 carb calories, primarily from starches; around 300 protein calories; and fats supply a majority (50-60%) of daily calories."

Regarding the other major system I recommended, it is known by the common acronym 'WAPF' (which stands for 'Weston A. Price Foundation'). Weston Price was a dentist, who travelled the world to study more isolated populations, to examine their teeth, and to extrapolate what kinds of diets made for good (dental) health. The findings from his travels and studies were compiled into a book, which you can read here:

In short though, Weston A. Price and his followers focus on high-quality whole foods that were both well-produced AND well-prepared. What do I mean by that? When it comes to meat and dairy, for example, WAPF folks were some of the first I encountered that were proponents of grass-fed beef and free-range eggs. As to the preparation side of things, they do a lot of sprouting, fermenting, and other traditional preparation methods that ensure that anti-nutrients are cancelled out and that there's the greatest amount of nutrient availability in the food they consume.
Although Price passed away years ago, the Weston A. Price Foundation continues to teach his approach to good health. They have an excellent summary of his ideas here on this page to get you started:
