Unsure, but it needs to be implemented

It's being worked on for strfry, and will support the DM stuff. Eta was mentioned of a few months. One of the other relay implementations supports it. I think clients prob have a little work to do also, about where to send dms and where to receive or we will all just be getting ghosted in our DMs 😂
