You have been ragebaiting me a bit lately, but I'll bite on this normal post because I've been saying "99% of all coins are scams" for many years.

To preface, I've been in the industry for 5 years and dealt with the tech/code of more than 25 crypto projects.

My 1%:

Bitcoin (until it becomes non-fungible under Big Brother).

ETH, still a ton of utility, but with scams too heh.

Projects like TRON that basically allow poor 3rd worlders to save money.

Privacy coins (the true cryptocurrencies???)

Some projects are just tech experiments where they want to implement some new finding in cryptography. These are mostly just nerds who want to "just build". I've come across some who aren't even interested in crypto, but the tech allows for research into other areas like compilers and stuff.
