Are Communities broken in 0.70.7?

70.7 still had issues with Back functionality too, not tried 70.8?
Works fine to me. Weird.
You have to select Global on top. Or it just takes a while to load... I have seen both situations.
Only Global only 2 communities load.
No but you've been banned from all the communities for... this!
It gets me invited to the private ones though.
