I'm still not clear about how the fed govt plans to seize bitcoin. I know they can ban it with a vote, but that doesn't mean they can do anything about it.

They can seize your #Bitcoin if you have it in an exchange. Not in a private wallet. That´s the point.

Of course they can. If it takes Robert Kennedy to get you to withdraw your bitcoin from an exchange, you have other issues.
