Delicious Rustic Tomato Pie: Easy & Flavorful!

This is one of my new favorite recipies! With an abundance of great tasting, heirloom tomatoes ripening up I wanted a new way of enjoying them. I came across this recipie, made it, and voila! Yummy!

Now it takes a while to make this, be prepared. I used my heirloom Jersey Devil tomatoes and it was oh so delicious.
