cashu.me can do bith v3 and v4 (starts CashuB...), you will see a button for this switch when you generate an ecash note

same here, discovered it by testing a bunch of the various clients. V4 tokens are now the default encoding in Minibits. Fallback to legacy V3 tokens is only in case of older ecash issued with non compatible keyset format.
