I am wondering whether Putin doesn't have a PR problem, he was clearly warned for the attack in Moscow, so if he doesn't blame anyone else, he clearly has made a mistake?

The warning was too generic they say.

So, they USA was not aware of any advanced informations about any attack, yet their embassy in Moscow warned their citizens 2 weeks ago to avoid gatherings and concerts. After the terrorist attack western media spread the information about islamist terrorists, while the actual terrorists detained during their effort to escape to Ukraine.
What do you say about this?
