Yesterday cheddar didn't work out so now I've got LOTS of ricotta. So help me out #curdnerds what do you love to make with ricotta because I've got no idea what to do with it!

Ricotta toast with fig spread / ricotta ravioli / ricotta with herbs as a spread ( basil thyme garlic )

🧡🧡🧡 also the combo ricotta/honey is delicious add it to anything , so is ricotta/black olive , best combo for savoury bites / salade or you can even stuff a chicken with it

Recotta and honey I have in abundance now so I'll try that for sure
