The fact that anyone can post anyway they want on Nostr is great, but it does make us more potentially Vulnerable too. Imagine a company or government organization wanted us gone, they could create post bots automatically generating posts and different npubs making it impossible to stop and could crash relays and stuff.

In that part of moderating spam, Bluesky has the solution in my opinion, subscribing to moderation lists
