I’ve had this convo with my brother in law several times. Only reason to sell IMO is if you’re on zero fiat or want to make some life improvements.
…Life improvements might be able to happen by buying ETFs now and getting loans against them. Not a fan of leverage but excited to see how people find arbitrage opportunities with these things.
It's a fine line with more planning. Comparing worth of any life improvement has changed over time.
