I tried to try this chorus community thing & I botched it very quickly. I signed in, tapped the wallet button & amber went off the rails with thousands of kind 1337 requests. I told amber to disregard all permissions & now *I think* I'm like half logged in but I can't log out or something. It's just a loading screen.
There is probably a way, but I think I'll wait a while to explore that one any further. 😅
What is chorus? I’ve abandoned some web clients almost as soon as I’ve opened them because they request too many things from my signing extension. Horrible design 😩
From what I could see before I locked myself into the loading screen, it looked like a nip-72 communities client.
Going back to my browser just now, to make sure I had the right link, kicked it back into the loop even though I deleted permissions and the bunker string from amber 😅🤣
Coincidentally right after I asked you what it was I saw a video clip from the Oslo Freedom Forum talking about Chorus. Apparently it’s an app Jack created with some other devs geared toward the freedom forum’s demographic. I just signed in with a test account. Looks interesting. But that’s still bad design for it to be requesting so many things from your signer 😂

I think the issue I am having is probably a bug more than a design thing, but it's an exceptionally unpleasant one. 😅
