Just wanted to add that nostr network doesn't necessarily have to do it all. Keet.io already has fully peer to peer video and text chat worked out and eventually they claim it will be a fully open source protocol. For video chat might be less ideal to stream thru nostr relays.

Yeah that's the shitcoin but isn't the video streamed on the bittorrent network if I remember correctly? You can use it with no exposure to the shitcoin.
Or you could just use nostr without having anything whatsoever to do with any shitcoins at all 🤷♂️
