In Damus, click the gear icon in the top right to see your list of relays. Though, last time I tried I had an error deleting relays from Damus. Instead, I used astral.ninja w/ the same keys to modify my relay list. Then restart Damus, the change should take effect.
Don't forget about wss://no.str.cr to go along with your NIP-05 verification ;).
