Something is structurally broken in the economy.

The median age of homebuyers jumped 7 years from 49 to 56 from 2023 to 2024. Hitting a new all-time high.

This comes as the number of first-time buyers hit an all-time low.

Societies can't grow and prosper like this.

This, the birth rate, debt, nihlism, etc. all circle back to a greater or lesser degree in each case to ‘fix the money, fix the world’.
