No, it is not necessarily the case as you say, right now in Afghanistan, women do not have the right to get an education or have a job. If it were not for the efforts of women in the last hundred years, the situation of women in Western countries would be the same.

Afghanistan is also a Theocracy with a centrally controlled economy, attempting to recover from decades of war.

Implementing Capitalism, through securing Private Property and maintaining voluntary market exchange, would bring about accessible education. Calling something a right doesn't magically make it available.

Private Property includes your own body and labor.

I'm no expert on Afghanistan, but constantly learning.

Afghan women do not own their own bodies, but their fathers and husbands own their bodies.
