I was diagnosed with IBS when I was a kid. None of the doctors gave me any useful advice. At the end of the day it was just because i was drinking too much sugar and not enough water.
Yes.. There's none..
Don't t know how things are going on with western medicine but.. Here.. They diagnose IBS when they remove all the other possible diseases of digestive system..There's no other way..
Spent couple of years with various drs. They were treating dozen things that I even didn't have..Crazy illness of modern society as they like to say..with no clue about it..
Yet one pill helps.. But maybe I shouldn't write the name as people can use it on their own.. Ok.. Be wise.. It's Rivotril..in very small doze.. The only one that has an positive effect on belly spasm.. Advice from gastroeneterologist..
Tip for everybody..check Candida in your belly.
Doctor is jobs. To get paid when you're sick, if you're so healthy then they don't get paid. #economic cycle 😅

Agree that we should always remember where we all came from and that modern science is not always having answers to simple things. Fount the relationship between age and diet really interesting. Makes me confident we're dooing everything right.
But remember to not underestimate the nutrution of food.
what you might think of as a carot is not processed as a carrot by your body. Your bodys programming language simply don't know this term.

Diet is simple. Eat as many single ingredient foods as possible. Why add complexity for your digestive system?

I told a psychiatrist I didn’t eat sugar (sweet tooth a relatively thing). He said you need sugar for energy. 🤷♀️

Maybe it's too much meat, Jack. Our bodies make only so much bile to break down fats from our meals. If you or someone you love suffers from IBS, try a food journaling app and tracking IBS symptoms. Sugar, fats, caffeine, and fiber can trigger tummy trouble. 🫂This may be way TMI, but I hope not lol

I spent the past 8 months in and out of hospitals for mild chronic inflammation of my GI track. I’m lucky as it’s not cancer, crohn’s, etc and that I can reverse it through food. The universe did not allow me to ignore it. Inflammation can turn into Crohn’s disease and cancer if ignored.

When I was a kid, aunt model of one my best friends because she wants us in modeling make a diet and we are not suppose to drink during meals. But never less we should take 2litres of water. The video makes a lot of sense but why not be free… of all this fooding and drinking problems?

This is a good one, did not know there's so many natural protein breaking features in the body. Everything is interlinked, bad gut also impacts hormones, skin, emotions etc. Gut impacts everything. Gut instincts and its relation to neurology is another interesting read. Barbara has another great video on salt intake in water.
Barbara is great - but there is a huge controversy surrounding her. She is banned from practicing in her home country Australia. I'm presuming alternative medicine (or natural therapy) impacts revenue of pharma industry - that and her husband supported anti vax and a year later it all came crashing down for her. But thanks to globalisation and internet, she can still share her wisdom to everyone
