wow. Two new terms I learned by reading this article: “unjust enrichment” — had no idea this concept exists in a legal sense & “shadow libraries.” — 👀
Creators are going to have to get savvy about this stuff. Hopefully some kind of protocol will be developed to help trace the use of sources in these models.
