nostr:npub1n6g4js374378t90rrh4jyeqaqf537ce0qygu79u4r5mgf7qn8hkqk3watk I've had one for years and love it. I haven't done the price analysis but IIRC the cost per ounce is like half of the cost of seltzer at the store if you use their official CO2 cartridges. It'd be like an order of magnitude lower or less if you use industrial sized/grade canisters but you'll have to MacGyver it. I like it for more than the cost too: essentially zero waste stream and I can make it very carbonated. Words of advice though is to buy some extra bottles and keep them in the fridge. The carbonation process *really* wants very cold water. For me it is too flat when I do it just from the tap.

Ok, that makes sense. Thanks for the advice. Do you macgyver the big bottles onto it?

Do you do different flavors or just carbonate?

Which model do you have?
