Yes.

It’s his PhD Thesis at MIT and as a DoD Fellow. He presents a novel theory that #bitcoin is more than “store of value” that because it is proof of work, it’s a store of energy.

Therefore, we are moving from kinetic warfare to “Softwar”.

Since it’s a PhD thesis it’s a bit heady but a seminal work in my opinion.

In the book he lays the foundation of power projection and brings the reader along the journey of realization, step by step.

Absolutely critical piece of literature to understand Bitcoin. In many ways it is a spiritual successor to Satoshi's original whitepaper in my opinion.
