Yes.
It’s his PhD Thesis at MIT and as a DoD Fellow. He presents a novel theory that #bitcoin is more than “store of value” that because it is proof of work, it’s a store of energy.
Therefore, we are moving from kinetic warfare to “Softwar”.
Since it’s a PhD thesis it’s a bit heady but a seminal work in my opinion.
