Is exactly how I felt all last year with nostr and lightning 🤣🤣
You can zap events created on PubPay on any other client, but PubPay is the only one that recognizes the tags and will render the UI with the min, max, uses, lnurl, ect. For now.
These are just kind 01s with additional tags.
You just press Pay 😉
When the note1 has reached zap-uses, the pay button gets deactivated
Since a public payment it's a normal kind1 with some extra tags, you can zap from any client.
For now, only pubpay.me is rendering the zap conditions
Pay does not open my Lightning wallet though?
It should work on desktop\mobile with window.nostr (alby, for example) and with nostrsigner: on mobile as well (amber, per instance). it was also tested on mobile with fedi bravo and kiwi.
