Strategy and Metaplanet are proxys for the US and Japan governments to get a shit load of Bitcoin without moving the price/letting other countries know
I'm not suggesting it's true, but It would make a lot of sense
How would it not move the price?
They already announced an SBR, so the word kind of got out already
