If a large serving of eggs makes you bloated and nauseous, there's a good chance you have an overgrowth of sulfur gas producing bacteria (desulfovibrio).

1. Take bismuth subsalicylate (found in Pepto Bismol and Equate) throughout the day, up to the max allowed serving.

If #1 provides relief, that confirms the overgrowth. Sulfur gas will abate 80%.

2. Take 3g of inulin fiber every day for 4-6 weeks. This will reduce desulfovibrio population by 90%+.

3. Backfill microbioata using a good spore probiotic, like MegaSporeBiotic the entire time during #2, continue afterwards for a few months.

To verify it worked, recreate the same egg-heavy meal that made you ill.
