Lost all my nostr follows for the 3rd time in a week 🙄😖 Obviously doing something wrong. Is there a way to back them up locally? On android, mostly using Amethyst, Nostrid, Nostros, and web version of Nostrgram.

It wasn't my followers who disappeared but the people I follow.

Have a look at this note too. You may be able to restore your follows by using Nostrgram

Reload the note. I somehow managed to remove the video but I put it back.
