now, believing in the maturity of current and future readers,

cos firstly, big ups trans men, unsung dudes love to see it

secondly, gender as a performance

thirdly, i like how complicated it is. as in, i can see the love and support. but i really disagree about some of the thoughts, the compression, the archetyping. i dont think trans men "having to work for it" makes them better men, and i dont think all trans men are strong and gentle. trans men can and are anything, like anyone else. abusive. dickheads. players. liars. cruel. weak. cowards. etc.

fair, that anecdotally every trans men they've met is a loving-your-wife guy cos that's qualified. but yea, that doesnt mean every trans man. clearly. cos again, people can and are everything.

finally, i dont think men are often described as: alluring.

tho arguably, should be.

again, a compliment meant in kindness.

and all of this hasnt even begun to touch on the discipline and seriousness it takes to be not only an actor, but often such a physical one, and at this level

im saying: enfp invites the read of "amateur hour" because our culture sucks

when objectively factually there is nothing amateur hour about tom holland: a successful working actor with a lot of experience

This is silly because it’s admiting gender is a performance, which REINFORCES gender stereotypes.

At some point we lost our way: the word “woman” or “man” was on its way (still a long way to go of course) to lose relevancy socially). “So you are man? That says very little about you. Let’s learn more relevant stuff”.

But now? It’s an illogical clusterfuck.
