Mark Sensitive on Fediverse such as pleroma, misskey, mastodon, etc doesn't work properly on Nostr hub.

For example, you'll see this message right away without the warning right?

It works at some cases. However different server has different field for sensitive posts, which at the same time could confuse the mostr bridge itself.

And all were going back to the nostr client that we are using, too.
