My favourite hacks to make the body more metabolically efficient:

- Lifting weights

- Walk after every meal

- Eliminate snacking entirely

- Sunlight in eyes upon waking up

- Base quality of foods in bioavailability (steaks)

- no screens before sleeping (or blue light blockers)

- And of course gotta stack those sats and post nostr notes 🫡
