A Bronze Age Arrowhead was Made Out of a Meteorite

Archeologists have discovered a Bronze Age arrowhead in an ancient Swiss settlement made from a nickel-iron meteorite. The object is tiny, just 2.9 grams, but its composition doesn't match any surrounding metal deposits, including a nearby meteorite-strewn field. The researchers propose that it was a piece of the Kaalijarv meteorite, which fell in Estonia about 3,500 years ago and produced many small fragments.
