You play a video on your nostr app.
Do you expect:
1) both audio streams to play simultaneously, or
2) the background podcast app to auto pause while you are watching the video on the nostr app

I'd rather have to click on the video to initiate the audio, or at least the option to toggle.
3) the background music to dim by 50% while the video plays
