If you take natural to mean “Naturally occurring in nature” then he’s not wrong.
For the reset, it just depends on timing. If it happens anytime soon, gold likely will play a larger role than bitcoin simply because nation states are used to it and understand it better.
That being said, bitcoin still outperforms gold in that scenario and eventually eats gold.
One of my best professors told all his students at the beginning of the semester:

When I’ve presented to students, I’ve had the best luck getting bitcoin to click by explaining why the dollar isn’t money and how it causes a lot of the subconcious financial stresses and pressures they experience. Get them to recognize the problem first, then offer the solution
